Affordable. Creative. Community-powered.
Your new home for stagecraft in the Bay Area
Mission Statement

The Warehouse Project exists to give new life to used theatrical materials while nurturing the next generation of stagecraft artists. Through generous donations of props, costumes, sets, and equipment, we build a community resource hub that supports hands-on training in the technical and visual arts of theater. We believe in the power of collaboration, creative reuse, and accessible education to grow a stronger, more sustainable performing arts community, one prop, one student, and one show at a time.

Why This Project Matters

Every year, Bay Area schools and theater companies spend thousands of dollars, and countless hours, building theatrical elements from scratch, often with limited resources. Meanwhile, perfectly usable props and materials get discarded due to lack of storage or coordination. We believe in building a more connected, creative, and resourceful arts ecosystem.

The Warehouse Project will:

  • Reduce waste by giving a second life to theatrical materials

  • Save time and money for educators and productions

  • Provide hands-on training in stagecraft, design, and construction

  • Empower the next generation of artists and technicians

Create an organized, affordable rental system for props, sets, and costumes
